Susan graduated from The International Academy of Massage, in Ottawa, in 2008. She is a Registered Massage Therapist with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Susan believes massage can help anyone dealing with a wide range of conditions ranging from acute to chronic pain, including repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, pre/post natal, general muscle tension, headaches, and stress induced conditions. She creates a treatment plan designed to suit each client. Individual plans can include complete assessments, office ergonomics and home care exercises. Her techniques may include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hydrotherapy and general Swedish massage depending on the clients goals.
Susan is available for daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
Aron is a Registered Massage Therapist with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). He came to Canada from Iceland in 2006 to study Massage Therapy at The International Academy of Massage in Ottawa, graduating in 2008.
Aron treats clients with Acute to Chronic pain conditions He develops a treatment plan with each clients goals and needs in mind. He uses a combination of different massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and home care exercises, if indicated. Aron has experience in treatment focused clinical settings, as well as Spa settings, both in Ottawa and in his native Iceland.
